As a new school year approaches, I thought what better time to find out how we should spend these next few weeks practicing at home?
I called Sylvan Learning Center of Elk Grove and set up an assessment. We arrived for the assessment and they immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and right at home. They took her back and quizzed her on her alphabet, numbers, writing her name, and a wide variety of other things. After she was done, the director Monica Wolf sat down with me and went over everything they reviewed and where she was academically and what areas we could spend time working on. As a mom there is nothing more gratifying in this life then striving to do my best as a mom. With Sylvan Learning Center's help in the educational field, I feel like I am giving my daughter tools that will benefit her as she starts school and hopefully throughout her entire education!
