It's DOI (Disney On Ice) time! This year, we sent one of our lucky loyal subscriber and her family to Disney On Ice's Mickey's Search Party in Stockton Arena! Here's what she has to say about their Disney On Ice experience:
"As a first-time Disney on Ice patron, I really was not sure what to expect at the show. I can honestly say I was genuinely astonished at the amount of talent that was displayed during the various performances. I wasn't surprised; Disney always knocks it out of the park. There is something for everyone! Beautiful, technically-precise figure skating routines and amazing acrobatics all set to your favorite Disney songs!
This season's Disney on Ice theme is "Mickey's Search Party". Your all-time favorite Disney characters have to work together to fill up the magic-o-meter in order to free Tinkerbell from Captain Hook and his pirates. There are routines set to classics like The Little Mermaid and Aladdin plus new favorites like Moana and Frozen. Our family's favorite performance was Coco. The costumes were blacklight reactive which made it extra cool.
I wasn't sure if my nine-year old would enjoy the show but he was quoted as saying this was "the best night of my life" so I guess he had a pretty good time. If you are ready to have the best night of your life, get your tickets for the Sacramento Disney on Ice shows at the Golden 1 Center, February 13-17.
